2021 Trafalgar Cabernet Merlot

This beautiful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot were hand harvested seperately to caputre the best of each variety. After 12 months in oak each parcel was brought together to form a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. The palate is packed with plum, blackcurrants and sweet blue fruits supported by silky smooth tannins and a fruitful length.
